The Community Supports (CS) waiver serves people with intellectual disabilities and related disabilities who meet the Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID) level of care criteria. The services offered in this waiver are meant to prevent and/or delay institutionalization.
